Project Information Sheet for Machine Selection
Use this project information sheet to prepare product, material, mold, loading, output, and automation details before contacting Deboge.
2026-07-13 | PROJECT SHEET | Online reference
This sheet helps you prepare a clearer machine selection inquiry. You do not need every answer before contacting Deboge, but marking what is confirmed and what is still under review will make the discussion more useful.
Product Information
Prepare:
- product name and application
- product photos, drawings, or samples
- molded area and insert position if applicable
- visual or functional requirements
- product size or weight if already confirmed
If the drawing is not final, send the current version and note which parts may change.
Material Information
Prepare:
- material family or trade name
- whether the material is thermoplastic, thermoset, LSR / silicone, soft PVC, TPE, TPU, or another material
- material data sheet if available
- known process concerns such as flash, curing, adhesion, feeding, or deformation
Material compatibility and process settings need engineering confirmation. Do not assume a machine path only from a material name.
Mold Information
Prepare:
- mold drawing or concept
- mold size, mold height, or estimated weight if known
- cavity count
- gate or injection direction if known
- loading and part removal access
- heating, cooling, or curing requirements if relevant
If the mold is still being designed, Deboge can still discuss machine direction based on the concept and constraints.
Workflow Information
Prepare:
- how inserts or products will be loaded
- how molded parts will be removed
- whether loading is manual, fixture-assisted, semi-automatic, or automatic
- whether the process needs slide table or rotary table discussion
- target cycle rhythm and output expectation
Machine selection should follow the whole workflow, not only the molded part.
Commercial and Support Information
Prepare:
- destination country or installation region
- target delivery timing
- required documentation
- factory visit or video meeting plans
- after-sales support expectations
